Bluestack Challenge
Harvey's Point is the new main sponsor of the Challenge Walk. The Harvey's Point Bluestack Challenge date took place on Saturday 18th June 2011 with almost 400 walkers taking part. See the Harvey's Point Bluestack Challenge website.
The Harvey's Point Bluestack Challenge is a 40km sponsored hill walk over the Donegal hills. The Challenge has now been held on six occasions, in 2002, 2003, 2005,2007, 2009 and 2011 previously sponsored by Magees. The object of the Challenge is to raise much needed funds for People with Special Needs in County Donegal. The total raised by the first five events exceeded €770,000.
There is always a mountain of work to be done to mount a successful event of this magnitude. YOU can use your skills to help raise funds for people with special needs in County Donegal. If you think you can help working towards the next walk in 2013, for example by running fundraising events or being a committee member, please contact us.
